Most orders ship within 24 hours from our Hong Kong studio. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as it leaves.

Worldwide. Standard shipping is free on orders over $40 USD. Most international orders arrive in 7–14 business days.

What is your return policy?
30 days, no questions. If the object isn't right for you, write to us and we'll send a return label.
What about defects?
If there's a defect, we replace the item at no cost. Please send a photo with your order number.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — for a different color or another product of equal value. Reach out via the form and we'll arrange it.

Is the RFID protection real?
Yes. The interior contains a fine mesh that blocks 13.56 MHz card scanners commonly used for skimming. It works passively — no batteries.
What is the leather made of?
Soft-grain PU leather. Chosen for its weight, low-maintenance care, and how it ages. Vegan.
How do I clean it?
Wipe gently with a soft cloth. For deeper marks, a tiny amount of mild soap on a damp cloth, then air-dry. Avoid soaking.
What fits inside?
Up to 2 passports, 5 cards in the slots, an ID in the window, plus cash and boarding passes in the main compartment. Dimensions: 20.2 × 12.7 × 2.5 cm.
