Return Eligibility

Return requests should be submitted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items should be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging when possible.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items that have been used, altered, washed, damaged, or are missing key parts or packaging.
  • Items marked final sale, clearance, or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Returns requested outside the stated return window, unless required by applicable law.

How to Start a Return

Contact us through the Contact Us page or email walchakboroff4258@outlook.com. Please include your order number, the item you want to return, the reason for return, and photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

If the issue was caused by a damaged item, wrong item, or fulfillment error, we will help review the case and provide next steps. For returns due to preference, change of mind, or incorrect customer-provided information, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us with photos and your order number. We will review the issue and help with a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
